This is the first in the Art Series* that we have commissioned, of artwork on cymbals to to support arts/music programs around the world. It is a 19" crash signed by the artist and includes the stand.
We will ask an artist to paint on a cymbal with a topic or idea in mind. We will then sell that piece and give the profits to a music program that we think could benefit from support as we are always keen to journey with great initiatives that promote the expression of music.
This piece called Journey was commissioned with First Nations Artist Simone Thomson, a proud Wurundjeri and Yorta-Yorta woman with the theme of the journey through life.
The sale of this artwork will benefit Yil Lull Recording Studio which serves the local First Nations community in Canberra Australia.
